Mindful Pursuit designs seminars and retreats that engage members of your team in new ways, forcing them to approach one another with new eyes and new awareness of our strengths and how to compensate for one another's weaknesses. Mindful Pursuit designs half-day to two-day retreats that allow your team members to gain the perspective to see potential solutions and facilitate insights.
While our sympathetic nervous system prepares our mind and bodies for stressful situations through the flight or fight response, this often comes at the cost of our parasympathetic nervous system that governs our rest and digest response. The result is chronic anxiety, sleeplessness, indigestion, and other immune responses that undermine our ability to perform at our optimal level. Through a series of guided meditation, breath and yogic practices Mindful Pursuit works with the body's parasympathetic nervous system to regain control of our minds and bodies and confront stress with clear-sighted stillness.
